IPA Tragic 4

1 comment:

  1. India Pale Ale (IPA) originated in England – not India – and was so named as it was a high hop content beer designed to last the long journey to, and the heat of the Indian subcontinent.
I became an IPA Tragic – aka hophead – when award winning home brewer Ralph Boone McLaughlin started brewing his fantastic American style IPA. I haven’t found a commercially brewed version that competes. Ralph also won the Australian amateur brewing Championship for this style of beer.
This series of cartoons were drafted to include on a possible label for an IPA that Ralph had brewed for a wedding reception – hence each has a wedding theme.
